Health MDT Dataplane is experimental software operated by and for one individual to access that individual's own health records. It is not offered to the public and is not a healthcare provider, health plan, medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical care.

Authorized use

The operator may connect only accounts and records they are legally authorized to access. The software requests read-only access and must not be used to alter a clinical system or impersonate another person.

Medical limitation

Records and software output may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Do not use this service for emergencies or as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment. Confirm important decisions with the original record and an appropriate licensed clinician.

Data and access

Retrieved records are stored in the operator's encrypted local environment and retained indefinitely unless the operator manually removes them. The current trial has no automated account-closure or complete-deletion feature. Revoking source authorization prevents future access but does not remove evidence already stored locally.

The software is provided as-is for a personal technical trial, without warranties or a service-level commitment.
