Health MDT Dataplane

A single-user, experimental, read-only personal health-record integration.

Health MDT Dataplane lets its sole operator retrieve their own records from participating providers using patient-authorized SMART on FHIR. It preserves source provenance and makes the records available through bounded queries in the operator's encrypted local service.

Current trial scope

• Patient-facing Epic FHIR R4 access through automatic USCDI v3 distribution.
• Read-only demographics, visits, conditions, laboratory results, vital signs, medications, procedures, diagnostic reports, and clinical notes.
• No medical-record writes, messages, scheduling, orders, medication changes, or autonomous treatment actions.
• No advertising, analytics, sale of data, or model-provider access during the trial.

The temporary AWS callback used during authorization receives only the OAuth callback parameters needed to return the browser to the local service. It has no Epic client secret, PKCE verifier, token store, or health-record access and is disabled outside intentional authorization windows.
